Mr. Birnbach has worked in the software industry for 25 years, and has extensive experience in both software development as well as sales and marketing. Prior to joining Vaultus, he served as an executive with Marketsoft, where he led the sales organizations in the U.S. and abroad. He has also held management and executive positions with Onyx Software and Digital Equipment Corporation. A strong advocate for education, Mr. Birnbach has been a member of the Andover School Board in Andover, Massachusetts, and also a member of MIT Sloan School of Management's executive education assessment committee. Mr. Birnbach holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Arizona, and an M.S. in Management of Technology from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Before he joined Investcorp Technology Partners in 2002, Alex Guira worked as a Partner at 212 Ventures in New York. He also held positions before that as President of Fairlawn Partners, Vice President of Scoggin Capital Management and as an Analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York. He currently sits on the boards of Antares, Dialogic, GENBAND, Vaultus and Zeta Interactive. Alex holds a BA in Business Economics and Organizational Business and Management from Brown University.
Dave Mahoney
Most recently, Mahoney was President and CEO of Applix, a position he accepted in 2003 after being a board member since 1992. Prior to that, he was CEO of Verbind, Inc. a provider of real-time behavioral analytic software. Mahoney also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LeadingSide, Inc. (formerly Dataware Technologies, Incorporated), and was the founder of Banyan Systems, a pioneer in distributed networking operating systems. Mahoney’s experience in the technology world extends back to the early 1970s when he developed software applications at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory.

He represents Point Judith on the board of Envista Software, Fidelis Security Systems, and Vaultus Mobile Technologies, and was previously involved with the firm's investments in Optasite and Taqua (acq. by Tekelec). David previously was a member of the Investment Banking Group at Cowen & Company. While at Cowen, he executed public offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Cowen, David also worked in equity capital markets at both Josephthal Lyon & Ross and Kidder Peabody.
Eric Noll

Eric W. Noll is Associate Director of Susquehanna International Group (SIG) and the Global Head of Strategic Relationships. He is responsible for the investment banking division, new product (eg. ETFs) development, and broker dealer/exchange relationships. Mr. Noll formerly served as the Director of Equity Research for SIG’s institutional brokerage affiliate for 3 years, coordinating the production of research provided to the firm’s institutional clients. Mr. Noll formerly worked in new product development, strategic planning and marketing at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. He began his career at the Chicago Board Options Exchange where he served for three years as Manager of Strategic Planning. Mr. Noll holds a B.A. in Economics and Government from Franklin and Marshall College and was awarded his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Ron Spears, group president-Global Business Services, is responsible for leading AT&T’s sales, marketing and customer care operations for Enterprise and Wholesale customers worldwide. Mr. Spears has served as executive vice president-Business Sales, where he was responsible for developing and executing AT&T’s retail sales strategy across multiple segment organizations: Signature Client Group, Enterprise, Select, Global Services and Government Solutions. Previously, he served as vice president-Signature Client Group, where he was responsible for AT&T’s Signature Client Group sales team, which serves AT&T’s largest multinational corporations. Mr. Spears is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds a master’s degree in public service from Western Kentucky University.
