Job Description
This is a senior level position in software development and has significant influence on product deliverables. Position requires architecting, design & implementation of Software Products for Mobile devices and infrastructure..
Responsibilities
5 or more years of experience in implementing complex software systems. Java experience is preferred but not required.
Experience with one or more of following technologies is highly desirable: Eclipse Plug-ins, Nokia/Symbian, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, or Mobile Linux.
Education
BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Design & implement complex sub-systems in Java.
- Design APIs for external use.
- Work with Product Designer in coming up elegant solutions to functional issues.
- As a senior member of engineering staff, participate in product planning and setting product deliverables.
- Direct less experienced members of the development team on day-to-day activities and problem solving.
- Responsible for maintaining his/her schedule within the overall project plan.
- Conduct architectural & product design meetings.
- Work with software architects on performance and scalability issues.
- Review QE test plans for accuracy and completeness.
5 or more years of experience in implementing complex software systems. Java experience is preferred but not required.
