Job Description
Position includes leading the QA team and requires developing test strategies & testing of Software Products for ultimate deployment in large enterprises. Position requires working with JAVA based systems on Windows, Unix, and Linux based servers, Data synchronization, Eclipse based IDE, Application connectors, PDA's, and wireless data protocols
Qualifications
Proven experience in developing automation scripts, delivery of enterprise scale products. Experience with packaged applications like CRM, ERP etc. is desireable.
Education
BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Qualifications
- Develop metrics for scalability, usability and performance testing.
- Develop overall test strategy for release of a product.
- Write test plans based on functional specifications.
- Execute test plans and write test reports.
- Write clear and concise steps to reproduce software bugs.
- Work with engineering management on overall test schedule.
- Provide leadership to less experienced engineers on the team.
- Responsible for maintaining schedule within the overall project plan.
- Develop automated test scripts.
- Work with developers in isolating & resolving software bugs.
- Work with writers to ensure accuracy of documentation.
